TB tests are done on Mondays from 9am to 11:30 am. X-rays are available for those who have current positive TB tests. No appointment is necessary. There is a $5.75 fee for this service.

Offered every Monday April through August 9am to 11:30am: Septemeber through March on the 1st and 3rd Mondays 9am to 11:30 am. No appointment is necessary. Immunizations are offered to children birth through 18 years of age. Tetanus is the only immunization offered to Adults. No appointment is necessary. Previous immunization records are required to receive immunizations.

A registered nurse works with pregnant women and infants to ensure they are getting the health care needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided for medical appointments. This is a Medicaid eligible program.

Community Health Services are offered Mondays 8am to 9am for diet counseling, Blood pressure, diabetic and total cholesterol tests. These services are free to citizens of Lincoln County. Outreach clinic at Garretts Bend Community Center on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 9am-10am.
