This is a free confidential program by appointment only that offers pregnancy testing and several different methods of birth control.  

HIV testing is done by appointment (preferred) but will do walk-ins.

TB tests are done on Mondays from 9am to 11:30 am. X-rays are available for those who have current positive TB tests.  No appointment is necessary. There is a $5.75 fee for this service.

Offered every Monday,9am to 11:30am, except on holidays. No appointment is needed. Immunizations are offered to children birth through 18 years of age. Tetanus is the only immunization offered to Adults. Previous immunization records are required to receive immunizations.

Community Health Services are offered Mondays 8am to 9am for diet counseling, Blood pressure, diabetic and total cholesterol tests. These services are free to citizens of Lincoln County. Outreach clinic at Garretts Bend Community Center on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 9am-10am.

WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children.

WIC services include:

Nutrition counseling and education, Breastfeeding promotion and support, Health screening , medical and social service referrals, and Monthly food packages There are income guidelines.
